This Privacy Policy explains how Ecomables (Private) Limited ("Ecomables," "VeloPark," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from businesses and users of the VeloPark platform ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including business name, contact name, work email address, mobile phone number, and account credentials when you register for VeloPark. We also collect information generated through your use of the Service, such as parking inventory data and financial/transaction records you enter.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Service, process account registration, send account and business notifications (including SMS messages when you have opted in), maintain financial and inventory records on your behalf, and provide customer support.

3. SMS Messaging Consent and Data Sharing

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from VeloPark by checking the consent box during account signup, we will send you text messages related to your account, such as inventory alerts, billing confirmations, and account security codes. Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS messaging are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. 4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and messaging providers, including Twilio, which we use to deliver SMS messages), or when required by law.

We retain account, inventory, and financial records for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
