These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VeloPark, a product of Ecomables (Private) Limited ("Ecomables," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using VeloPark, you agree to these Terms.
VeloPark is a business-to-business platform that allows parking operators and facility businesses to manage parking inventory and maintain financial records related to that inventory.
You must provide accurate business and contact information, including a valid mobile phone number, to create a VeloPark account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
By checking the SMS consent box during signup, you agree to receive recurring text messages from VeloPark related to your account, including inventory alerts, billing and payment confirmations, and account security codes, at the mobile number you provide.
SMS consent is not required as a condition of creating or maintaining a VeloPark account. Mobile numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use VeloPark only for lawful business purposes related to managing parking inventory and financial records, and not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VeloPark after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
